Condi Lounge
Our bistro combines modern architecture with the elegance of Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Warm wooden tones and wonderful views of the Inner Alster invite you in to enjoy some sweet and savoury delicacies. On summer days, you can enjoy your coffee and the tempting Swiss Sprüngli pralines on our sun terrace, directly adjacent to the lounge.
Our offerings range from a variety of coffee specialties to freshly prepared bagels, sandwiches and paninis, freshly baked croissants and salads. Delicious cake creations are served from our in-house patisserie.

Pastry Chef of the Year 2023
Since spring 2022, our pastry chef Roshlee Cardoso and his team have been creating wonderful creations in the in-house patisserie at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. With great attention to detail, creativity and passion, Roshlee and his team produce sweet delicacies, that are seasonally harmonised. Before the Indian-born chef moved to Hamburg, he gained experience at the Mandarin Oriental Group, most recently in Munich. Last year, he was awarded "Pastry Chef of the Year 2023".
