EUR 1000 Onboarding-Bonus
Onboarding bonus of EUR 1,000 for a new employee, EUR 500 after successful completion of the probationary period, and a further EUR 500 after one year of work for first-time employment
15-30% Supplements
15% night pay from the 1st hour worked between 00-07 AM. Sunday and public holiday bonuses of 30% of the gross hourly wage
