After its extensive redesign, our GRILL at Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg is celebrating its first anniversary as one of Hamburg's best and most established restaurants.
Culinary master class in new splendour
After a thorough renovation, GRILL reopened in September 2022 as a tribute to the renowned architect Emil Fahrenkamp (1895-1966). Originally designed by Fahrenkamp for the Haerlin family in 1925, our GRILL now preserves the history of this special place while incorporating modern design elements.
Tradition and modernity combined
All the furniture, fabrics, carpets and accessories have been specially made for GRILL by manufacturers and independent artisans, with colours and shapes that harmonise with the original ideas. The careful modernisation of the historic interior creates an ambience that combines the charm of 1926 with contemporary elegance.

The new Martini Bar, inspired by Fahrenkamp's original design, revives the traditional aperitif culture. Our talented bartenders look forward to serving you classic and unusual martini creations as well as culinary delights.
