The GRILL combines masterful Hanseatic culinary art with the opulent charm of the 20th century. Our great team serves regional specialties of the Hanseatic cuisine, refined with international accents. From classic steak tartare to exquisite caviar, embark in a unique taste experience of the highest quality.
A special culinary highlight is the newly integrated sea food display, which presents an exquisite selection of freshly caught fish, oysters and crustaceans. Start your culinary experience with an outstanding Seafood Etagere, followed by a selection of exquisite fish and meat dishes, as well as our GRILL classics, such as sole filleted at the table or steak tatare prepared fresh at the table.
At the heart of our GRILL, we welcome you to our stylish Martini Bar. Here, the traditional aperitif culture is brought to life and offers the perfect prelude to the culinary experience at our GRILL. Our team of experienced bartenders will serve you a selection of classic Martini cocktails as well as exotic creations that will transport you to an imaginative world.
The GRILL shines in new splendour
The restaurant's new interior pays homage to the refined opulence of the Art Déco style. From the moment you cross the threshold, you will be wrapped in an aura of timeless elegance and warmth. Immerse yourself in an enchanted world where dreams come true. At the restaurant, Caucasian walnut, warm colors such as olive green and dove blue create an elegant and homely atmosphere. The Oval Salon shines in delicate pastel tones and a surrounding mural inspired by Hamburg's „Feenteich“. Exotic plants create a fascinating backdrop and a unique place to linger.
Our fantastic GRILL team with Restaurant Manager José Luis de Castro dos Santos is looking forward to welcome you in the breathtaking ambience of our restaurant and to fulfill your every wish. Mr. dos Santos previously worked as Restaurant Manager at Grand Elysée. Before that he worked as restaurant Manager at our Restaurant Haerlin** until 2007. With his return to Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, he completes our amazing GRILL team.

Art and history
Tradition meets modernity in the glamorous and stunning ambiance. During the renovation, the focus was on the preservation and careful modernization of the historic interior design, which leads back to the origin of the premises from 1926. The unique interior design is a special tribute to the architect Prof. Emil Fahrenkamp, through which GRILL's beginnings are preserved and carried into the new century. The interior is adorned with ornate design elements reminiscent of the characteristics of the Art Déco era. The furnishings and every detail, from the cutlery to the finely painted wallpaper in the Oval Salon, have been carefully selected to create an exquisitely harmonious atmosphere.
In addition to the exclusive interior, art also plays a very important role. The works of the internationally renowned artist Jorinde Voigt give the interior a modern touch.
